Product Overview
The Fluid Leak Sensor Kit is used in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems and other demanding applications. It is one of the detection sensors which is used to detect the fluid or water leakage in underwater pipelines, spillage on the sea surface or ground and aerial pipelines in buildings or industrial plants. It provides an advanced warning of the fluid or liquid infiltration, allowing ample time for mission-critical application to be protected. When sensor cable is spliced or over molded, hipot test is needed to be handled at 500 VDC/100 MOhm minimum. A leak sensor strip is tested for a minimum resistance of 400 MEG Ohms at 12 VDC between conductors. It is able to withstand high temperatures and pressures. It is free from dust, burrs, sharp edges, surface blemishes, sink marks and flash marks. This GE product is well suited for versatile customer needs. It can also be used in navigation or positioning of autonomous or remotely operated vehicles (underwater, surface, ground), semiconductor devices, washing machines, LCD units, clean rooms, dew condensation, air-conditioners, facilities check, and many more devices.
