Product Specific Terms

Ultrasound probes replacement

The present price for replacement ultrasound probe is only valid subject to the Buyer returning the defective probe to GEHC by handing it over to the courier when the replacement probe is delivered. Should the Buyer fail to return the defective probe, GEHC will charge an additional fee consisting of 50 (fifty) % of the price of the replacement probe.
Replacement probe model ordered by the Buyer shall be the same as the defective probe model. Buyer cannot purchase through this website additional probes or replace its defective probe with another model of a probe even if it is compatible with its equipment model.
GEHC warrants that replacement ultrasound probes are free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery and any claim should be submitted in writing within such period.
When the ultrasound probe is in stock, GEHC will make reasonable efforts to deliver it within a minimum of 2 (two) and maximum of 5 (five) working days. Should the probe not be in stock, the approximate estimated delivery date will be communicated to the Buyer by GEHC upon placement of the order.

Life Care Solutions spare parts

"Life Care Solutions" shall mean equipment from anesthesia, respiratory care, diagnostic cardiology, maternal & infant care, and monitoring solutions families.
"FRU" or "Field Replaceable Unit" shall mean an assembly of spare parts.
Customer is solely responsible for the installation of Life Care Solutions spare parts purchased through this website strictly in accordance with any applicable manufacturer's instructions contained in the user manual, service manual (if available) or any other supporting documentation. GEHC may perform such installation upon Customer's request and for additional fees.

Single Plane (SP) PT203 Is 130 Maintenance Kit is a spare service part used in a PET Radiopharmacy system. The kit consists of anode tube assembly, insulator, insulator washer and cathode screw. The anode tube is made of W-Cu 75/25 tungsten copper bar, which has high temperature resistance, arc ablation, and good electrical and thermal conductivity. The insulator and washer is made of Shapal™- M, which is a hybrid type of machinable aluminum nitride ceramic that offers high mechanical strength and thermal conductivity. The cathode screw is made of stainless steel, it has good corrosion resistance and excellent toughness.
