Product Overview

This 72 GB Serial-Attached SCSI Hard Disk Drive (HDD) is an internal hard drive which is the primary storage device inside a computer system. Most desktop computers have several internal hard drives which gives them more data storage. Serial Attached SCSI is the logical evolution of SCSI, including its long-established software advantage and the Serial ATA electrical and physical connection interface. SAS meets all these demands while providing the highest performance. The capacity of this hard disk is 72 GB and its spindle rotation speed is 10,000 RPM (min.). The drive comes with 300 Megabytes/second burst rate Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interface. Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) is a point-to-point serial protocol that moves data to and from computer-storage devices such as hard drives and tape drives. This 2.5 inch SAS, Hot Plug, half height form factor HDD can be used with GE's Patient Monitoring systems.
